RETURNS
We have a 14 DAY return policy, to be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging including all tags and accessories with proof of purchase.
We recommend TRACKED/RECORDED services to make sure your item(s) get to us safely. Pembs Pooches are not liable for your items getting lost in transit.
